Lunch at the Bluebird Cafe, Stanford KY

Mary, The Traveling Teapot, and I drove to Stanford, KY
to meet three friends for lunch at the Bluebird Cafe.
I ordered the Fried Green Tomato BLT with homemade chips.
The sandwich includes fried green tomatoes, a Parmesan pesto aioli, arugula, Marksberry Farm Bacon, and is served on a homemade buttermilk roll.
Mary's Pear Salad on the left was topped with bleu cheese, spiced walnuts,
and served with roasted pear vinaigrette.

The teapot made its way to the dessert counter where it
insisted we bring home a couple of the chocolate peanut butter
cupcakes topped with peanut butter espresso frosting (not shown).

It was a fun day out with the ladies!
