She's A Child At Heart

Little Miss Priss had quite the day yesterday.
She settled into her seat belt just fine and enjoyed the view during our outing, especially the "Castle".
Oh, how she wanted to stop and look inside.  We drove down a couple streets so she could see both the front and back.
She was sure she saw the word spa somewhere on the sign.  Of course, she thought she needed a massage after helping with morning chores.  (I think she has a lot to learn about our country lifestyle. The only "spa" she is going to get is a long soak in nice warm water.  If she is lucky, we might even add a bit of "bubble bath".)
Miss Priss was certain Frosty was freezing cold and needed a nice warm cup of tea.  With a bit of help, she built him a snowy teapot.  She is on the right and her snowpot is on the left.
Miss Priss loved reading children's books.  This was her favorite page in the "Row, Row, Row Your Boat" book.
She played with lots of toys.  She couldn't reach the piano keys so she didn't play long with this one.
She tried the bouncer, but couldn't reach the floor. . .
But this one, was just right!
She was so worn out from playing that she took a short nap.

On our way home, we saw an accident along the interstate.  Thankfully, our iced Earl Grey kept us alert and we made it home safely.

   Have a great day!

Sips and Smiles,
Teresa

I love this post! I carried The Traveling Teapost around in Longaberger basket during the month of September, but your car seat is perfect!

What a fun post! Traveling teapot looks like she had a fun day --- exploring and playing with the toys. I thought the little snow teapot she made was really cute! Very nice post!

Oh the adventures! She definitely needed to be tucked into the blankie in the last photo.

I had to giggle when I saw Priscilla all tucked in for a nap after her busy day.
