If you are a reader of my blog, Friendship Tea, you know
I live in Berea, the "Folk Arts and Crafts Capital of Kentucky."
We have a variety of working crafts people working in shops around town.
A good place to begin your visit of Berea is the Kentucky Artisan Center,
located at Exit 77 just off I-75.
This 25,000 square-foot facility, built of Kentucky limestone,
features special exhibits and shopping of a wide variety of crafts all made in Kentucky.
The Traveling Teapot and I stopped for a quick visit.
While looking around the beautiful shop,
she spotted found a Kentucky pottery teapot and they made fast friends!
Yes, the folk art motorcycle looks fun,
but its not for a fragile teapot
which must be kept safe for more travels.
In the photos below, we are in the Center's Travel Information area.
The star on the map shows where Berea is located in the state of Kentucky.

There are so many beautiful places we want to visit in Kentucky
before the plum teapot departs for it's next destination.
