The Passing of the Teapot

On Saturday the Traveling Teapot was handed over

to the next keeper of the teapot, Mary Jane.

I had grown fond of the plum teapot and

it almost brought a tear to my eyes to hand it over.

Over the weekend we enjoyed several servings of

tea from this special teapot and the story now

will continue in Mary Jane's hands.

I thoroughly enjoyed sharing tea throughout the month

with friends and tea lovers.

The Traveling Teapot does Easter

 

Preparations were made.
Two teapots were waiting.
The one with the sweater on
was the Traveling Teapot.
It would hold a special Tiekuanyin Oolong.
The other would hold a tisane of Tulsi.
It was a special time shared with friends
and family around the tea table.
Easter Tea is our family tradition.
The Traveling Teapot just made it all
the more special.
The story was shared and
those sitting there loved hearing
about our Traveling Teapot.
